Our Easy How-To Guide: Apply and Remove Your Wrap-On Nails Like A Pro

Learn How to Professionally Apply Your Stick-On Nail Art and Remove Them With Care From Our Expert Guidance.

We’re here to help you get professional-looking nails without the expense of paying salon prices. Nail art may seem tricky to get right the first time, but it’s not that difficult to achieve your desired miracle manicure in just 10-minutes.

First of all, it’s important to know exactly what wrap-on nails are. Commonly confused with other varieties of false nails from acrylics, gels to silks, wrap-on’s are essentially a harmless yet totally glamorous stick-on. However, they’re made from 100% nail polish and stick directly to the natural nail – so there’s no false extensions or plastic base in sight.

We pride ourselves in making natural wraps that don’t harm the body whatsoever, and even better, we produce a wide variety of artistic designs so that you can express your style in any way you please.

How-To Guide:

Getting Your Nails Ready: After you’ve chosen your desired style, we recommend that all previous nail varnish is removed so that your nails are 100% squeaky clean before application. Trimming and buffing to smooth the nail is also good practice if you have a manicure set to hand!

Easy Application: Ensure the upper protective sheet is peeled off before choosing a wrap that matches your nail size (holding the strip up to your nail to do so). Begin to gently peel the polish wrap from the bottom sheet and apply firmly to the base of your nail, being careful not to misalign. You should now be able to gently pull the wrap and adjust according to your nail shape.

Filing: Once you’re happy with the positioning of the stick-on, you can begin to file the edges and shape. Some wraps use heat-activated glue; however, we use a sticky adhesive which is equally as effective. File in a horizontal direction until you achieve your desired look.

Optional Protective Layer: A good option for extra protection is to apply a few coats of clear polish to give an even better shine!

Removing Your Nails: When your wrap-on’s have been put to good use, you will want to remove them to keep your natural nail as healthy as possible. Luckily, wraps are the most harm-free option for your nails, and to remove them they require a quick rub away with your drugstore nail polish remover – just like that!

SUMMARY: Now you’ve learned how to effortlessly apply and remove your stick-on nails, you’ll be a fully-fledged wrap convert forever.
